Ren Membership Terms & Conditions
We've got answers to the most common questions about our membership.
- The Ren Aesthetics & Wellness Membership is structured in a “Beauty Bank” format: your monthly payment is deposited into your patient wallet as service credit, which may be applied toward eligible services and treatments. In addition, members receive exclusive discounts and perks. Membership benefits and wallet credits are non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled member.
- Your monthly membership fee is automatically added to your Ren patient wallet. Credits may be used toward any Ren services or treatments, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Credits may only be used while membership is active; if membership is canceled or becomes delinquent, unused credits may be forfeited at Ren's discretion.
- Active members receive: $1 off per unit of Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®); $50 off per full syringe of Dermal Filler; 10% off all skincare products; $10 off one pedicure per month; and complimentary GLP-1 consultation(s). Discounts apply only at time of service or purchase and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
- During the member's birthday month, members may select one (1) complimentary service: Dermaplane, Lip Flip, or Pedicure. Must be redeemed during the birthday month only. No substitutions, no cash value, and unused perks expire and do not roll over.
- New members may choose one (1) at enrollment: Immunity IV or a Single Laser Session. Must be used within 60 days, limit one per lifetime, non-transferable, no cash value, and expires if unused.
- Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Monthly payments are automatically billed to the card on file. After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month until canceled.
- Early cancellation (before completing the 6-month commitment) incurs a $150 early cancellation fee. After the initial 6 months, members may cancel with 30 days' written notice (emailed or texted); benefits remain active through the final billing period.
- Payments are processed monthly via automatic billing. Declined payments suspend benefits. Accounts past due more than 14 days will be canceled and charged the $150 early cancellation fee; accounts 30 days delinquent may be sent to collections. Membership fees and wallet deposits are non-refundable.
- Benefits and wallet credits may not be shared or transferred. Discounts apply only while membership is active, monthly perks do not roll over, there are no cash substitutions, and credits may only be applied toward eligible Ren services.
- Some services (including injectables, GLP-1 consultations, IV therapy, and laser treatments) require clinical evaluation, medical approval, and provider discretion. Membership does not guarantee medical eligibility or treatment; providers reserve the right to decline or modify services for safety or clinical reasons.
- Standard appointment policies apply. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees, and missed complimentary services are forfeited.
- Ren Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to update pricing, modify perks, adjust the wallet structure, substitute comparable benefits, and update policies. Members will be notified of material changes.
